    I my case about half way through the upload (regardless of the size of the picture) it stops and goes to "this page cannot be displayed" in Internet explorer and "timed out" in Firefox....But I am in a new location and it could be related to the connection I have.

      That does sound like a connectivity issue to me. Is it a large file? Have you tried a very small one?

        On Firefox I get "the connection was reset"

          OK, I have figured out that it must be a connectivity issue because I cannot aatched files to emails either from this connection!
