1. Login to tribe.net using a valid User account who is a moderator of at least one tribe
2. Have another registered user send you a request to join your moderated tribe
3. From the Tribe account used to Moderate the Moderated Tribe in test, View your Tribe Requests Page @ sanfrancisco.tribe.net/templa...ests.vm

to process the request.
4. In this use case, Select the request for your moderated tribe that was sent by another registred tribe user to join your tribe by selecting the 'Reply with Message' link
5. In the "Your Reply" text box, input your response to their request and click the APPROVE button.
6. Result: On the resulting page - sanfrancisco.tribe.net/templa...ests.vm

The user and their original request still appears in your list of requests.....

NOTE - If you follow the above USE CASE and DO NOT ENTER ANY TEXT IN THE "YOUR MESSAGE" reply to box - the Request is processed correctly. It is WHEN YOU ACCEPT A REQUEST BY SELECTING "REPLY WITH MESSAGE" AND ENTER DATA IN THE "YOUR REPLY" BOX that the request is not properly processed.

Tribe Requests for Moderated Tribes have to be Approved TWICE in order for approval to go through IF USING REPLY W/ MESSAGE + TEXT entered in YOUR REPLY box in your response
